According to Article 18 of the Spanish Constitution and the Organic Law 1/1982 of May 5, 1982 on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy and Self-Image, I have the exclusive right to capture, disseminate or publish my own image. Any person who uses this image without my consent will be civilly liable and must compensate the damages caused.
