Any act to promote gain or profit in any way (e.g., either monetarily or socially) by the use of my profile, video, images or multimedia content in any form of profile is a violation of my privacy and subject to legal action and face imprisonment under the Penal Code and financial compensation under the Civil Code for personal injury and otherwise as fully contemplated by said Codes.
