Welcome to my roomMy name is Lila and I am LatinaI love taking care of and strengthening my body whether it is going to the gym, practicing Taekwondo or taking long walks in nature, recently yoga began to attract my attention so I have been trying some postures and learning more about it (I know they are not only asanas) that has really improved my flexibility more.
